New members and affiliates from across the country highlight breadth and strength of Canada’s quantum value chain Quantum Industry Canada (QIC), the national consortium dedicated to advancing the country’s quantum technology sector, is pleased to announce the continued growth of its community. This summer, five new organizations from across the quantum value chain and the country have joined QIC’s community, expanding its membership to over 65 premier organizations that are driving innovation, commercialization, and support across the full spectrum of quantum technologies and the supply chain. The newest QIC members and affiliates include: Equal1: Headquartered in Ireland with offices in Sherbrooke, Quebec, Equal1 is building scalable compact rack-mounted quantum computers, underpinned by its UnityQ processors, the world’s first hybrid quantum-classical computing chip.
