Open Quantum Design (OQD) is building a global ecosystem across academia, industry, and government, grounded in radical transparency to accelerate talent and quantum technology. OQD is developing a fully open, full-stack quantum computer—from hardware to applications—under Apache 2.0, enabling deep collaboration across the stack. Beyond collaboration in principle, OQD actively partners in practice: we can co-build a quantum computer alongside your organization, provide hands-on access through a trapped-ion testbench, and integrate your team directly into our global working groups to contribute, learn, and lead. Through this model, OQD expanding the quantum workforce and advancing technological sovereignty.
